V.I.P Executive Charter Flights In Kenya/Tanzania/Uganda/Rwanda/Burundi/East Africa/Africa & Worldwide

These type of services are accompanied with special treatments of privacy, in-flight services, toilet facilities, champagne, hot and soft drinks, continental breakfast and hot lunches for journeys done during lunch time. There is also enough leg room whereby some aircrafts like Beech craft 200 superkingair is converted into V.I.P configuration from 10 seater to 6 seater and can be put in away that a meeting can be convened in-flight. Aircraft like Beech craft 1900 D/C can be configured from 19 seater to 10 seater V.I.P configuration and with a red carpet and toilet. The Dash-8 100 can be configured from 37 seater to 20 seater V.I.P configuration with addressing room, toilet. The B200 superkingair, B1900 D/C, Dash 8-100 cruises at 250 knots per hour at an attitude of 25,000 feet above sea level for example the flight time Nairobi-Addis  3 hours one-way. It is operated by two crew who are type-rated and holding current instrument rating and flight safety training.

The only aircraft that is already in V.I.P configuration is the Citation Bravo 7 seater with a conference table, DVD, VIDEO, toilet and in-flight-attendant provide with champagne, hot and soft drinks and snacks and on request hot lunch and continental breakfast will be provided. The flight time on the citation for Nairobi-Djibouti one-way is 2hours 25 minutes cruising at 420 knots per hour and flying at an attitude of 40,000 feet above sea level. The aircraft is weather equipped with 7 hours 30 minutes fuel endurance and it is flown by 2 pilots who have over 8,000 hours with over 1,500 hours on type with Airline Transport Pilots License and having attended flight safety training. The crews regularly attend flight safety training, base check, route check and re-currency which is part of the safety measures taken to ensure safety is not compromised with.

There is piracy as arrangements will be made so that you don’t  sit in the congested lounge queuing for customs and immigration and carrying your bags into security screening as all this will be done while you are seated comfortably all you need to do is to give your original passports and the airport departure tax which is always included in the charter cost and you will have the departure /arrival  cards given to you in advance which you will fill in and someone will present them at the immigration and customs and including security for declaration of arrival or departure.

While in flight you will be a group of businessmen/women or people with the same agenda thus giving you freedom to talk free and share any ideas that you would want to before arriving at your destination and starting to again assembling in private to try to discuss. The boardroom will be in the aircraft and you can discuss your confidential matters there without having to scare or fear. For honeymooners you will have nobody to shy from as you will served by a flight attendant, who after attending to you will only come on request as there are intercoms in the aircraft which you can call or request the crew by dialing and you will be taught these on the pre-flight before start-up. There are also satellite phone in the Citation Jet which can be used incase both the High Frequency (HF) and Very High Frequency (V.H.F) becomes unserviceable. The aircraft is weather equipped with radar and it can land in any international airport and it is allowed to fly at night in weather.

These Dash-8 100,B200 Superkingair,B1900 D/C can land on private airstrip well maintained and which is more than  1,500 meters long  whereas  the Citation Jet Bravo will require a runway which is more than 1,800 meters long tarmac or bitumen due to the engines which does not require rough airstrips. Also note it is important to liaise with the charter company on you timings as we have sunset and sunrise factors which determine the departure and arrival of flights.So please reveal your plans so that you can avoid last minute disappointments. We have some airports which open at 0630 hrs and close at 2030 hrs and some operate 24 hrs.
