Columbia is not Just for Coffee

While we are all aware Columbia is noted for coffee, it is also very popular for leather goods. Dorado and Santa Fe leather briefcases, duffels, shave kits and garment bags are all made in Columbia. These cases are made of very fine South American vacquetta leather that looks better and better with use. Vacquetta leather is known for its durability and the rich patina it develops over years of use. The Dorado line is known for its nearly flawless surface leather and the pockets and features inside. This line is perfect for corporate gifts as it can be beautifully embossed or monogrammed with corporate logos or individual initials. In addition to briefcases and duffels, this line has men’s handbags, shave kits, popular backpacks and fanny packs. This line is constructed completely of leather. That includes the backpack straps and the fanny bag belt. They do not mix fabric or manmade materials on the bags. All of the pieces are full function with pockets galore. Besides the natural tan color, they also have a rich dark brown and the classic black.

The Santa Fe line is known by the distinctive locomotive logo. They also feature function and style by mixing two finishes of the full-grain Vacquetta leather for subtle contrast. They have rolling carry-ons in this beautiful leather, as well as briefcases, garment bags, backpacks, duffels and courier bags. This line is famous for the “Indiana Jones” style flap-over briefcase with two side buckles and the Santa Fe logo. The buckles have easy snap opening behind so opening and closing is efficient and easy. Inside this case are three large compartments and a four-pocket step down file. There are pockets trimmed in leather on the deluxe organizers for cell phones, PDA’s, glasses, and all the incidentals you can carry. The center compartment is padded on the sides and bottom and will accommodate up to a 17″ laptop for your convenience. The ergonomic shoulder strap is all leather with additional padding on your shoulder area for comfort. This case comes complete with an attach-a-bag feature that allows the briefcase to slide over your rolling piece of lightweight luggage for ease in travel. All of the pieces come complete with solid brass fittings.

The Santa Fe collection is a more sophisticated look that is a perfect complement to the current, rugged Dorado collection. Some of the very special items featured are a Gladstone satchel and roomy cabin bags. There is also a full feature leather garment sleeve with two full-length pockets on the front panel.

Extra outside zippered pockets are on the top of the front panel. The sleeve folds in half and has a loop handle to grasp the hangers. It doesn’t matter whether you travel with discount luggage or the finest brand available, these leather companion pieces will enhance your travel experience.

The shave kits and cosmetic cases in the Dorado and Santa Fe line will hold all of your travel accessories safely and efficiently.
