Different Legging Trends and How to Wear Them

Legging Trend 1: Denim Leggings
Denim leggings are simply leggings that look like jeans, but are very skin tight. They are a great alternative to your regular skinny jeans. They are comfortable and breathable, and are soft. Like your regular jeans, they come in a lot of different styles. You can get them slightly torn, with rhinestones and gems, even with zippers. This way, you won’t need to have to stick to uncomfortable and stiff skinny jeans if you want a sleek look.
How to wear it: You can wear your denim leggings much like your regular jeans. However, as much as possible, avoid short tops. You can get away with wearing short tops only if your denim leggings look like authentic denim, and if it is not too tight. Otherwise, it’ll just look tacky.

Legging Trend 2: Leather Leggings
Leather leggings can give a rock star feel to any outfit. Many people have the misconception that leather leggings are actually made out of real leather. This is wrong. The material of the leggings is simply made to look like leather. They are a great alternative for those who like wearing leather pants, but find it too uncomfortable. It is important to note, however, that these leggings should not be substituted with leather pants if you need that purpose. These provide no protection at all, whatsoever.

How to wear it: Keep things casual. Don’t over think your outfit. Use these Danskin leggings much like you would any other regular tight leather pants. You can easily wear a simple shirt and some cowboy boots. You can also accessorize, you can wear these with a pair of slouchy, brown, calf-length boots. Sequined Leggings
You’ll find that these sparkly pieces of clothing go best with those with a petite frame. Anything too shiny on a plus-sized figure will only accentuate the weight. These are pretty basic, but add pop of diva in every outfit. They can be very intimidating, but are generally easy to wear. The tricky part is pulling it off.

How to wear it: These Danskin leggings are best for nights out. They may be too inappropriate for office wear, where you’d best be sticking to matte colors. Pair these with a rocking top and leather jacket and it’ll give you a glam rock chick vibe.
